Lt. Latham has been a Cobb County Police SWAT team member since 2007. Lt. Latham is a current SWAT entry team leader and active member of the Cobb County Police SWAT team.

Lt. Sabens has been a Cobb County Police SWAT team member since 2006. Lt. Sabens is a current SWAT entry team leader and active member of the Cobb County Police SWAT team.

Class Description

This debrief will bring the listeners through 4 different hostage rescue incidents that the Cobb County Police SWAT team have encountered. The Debrief highlights the many obstacles placed in front of the team, and several lessons learned over the span of Hostage rescue incidents they have been faced with. Specifically, the Lane Drive hostage rescue is presented last and uses many of the lessons learned from the three previous incidents the team faced.
