The Board of Directors has been looking for ways to get more members directly involved in the day-to-day operations of GTOA and provides an additional resource for the members.  The following committees have been created to fill this need.  Although the committees will not have direct voting powers on GTOA issues, they will have input on various topics that affect the general membership.

Less Letha Committee
Tactical EMS Committee
Legal Committee
Firearms Committee
Tactics Committee
Negotiators/Communications Committee

These committees will have 5-6 members to include a committee chair.  Committee members are strictly volunteers.  It is not mandatory that these committees meet throughout the year however, constant communications will be essential to make them effective.  If you are interested in being part of the committee, please e-mail Matt Hester for more information.
