Michael Ayala served with United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), 75th Ranger Regiment as a Rifleman, M249 Gunner, Weapons Gun Team Leader, Rifle Team leader, Squad Lead- er and Reconnaissance Advance Force Operational Section Leader. He Executed 8 combat deployments in support of the National Command Authoritys Global War on Terrorism. He then transferred to Joint Special Operations Com- mand (JSOC) to serve as a Naval Special Warfare Tactical Liaison Officer teaching Tactics Techniques and Proce- dures on Direct Action and Reconnaissance Operations in Jungle, Desert, Urban environments.
Derrick Bartlett is a twenty-eight year veteran of law enforcement. As a member of the Fort Lauderdale Police De- partment, he served as a SWAT/Sniper for sixteen years, and was responsible for team training. Over twenty years in special operations have provided him with unique opportunities to work and train with a number of elite tactical units and renowned instructors. Derrick is an instructor in firearms and SWAT-related fields. As Director of Snipercraft, Inc., he has provided instruc- tion for snipers and supervisors for over one thousand law enforcement agencies, throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to dozens of magazine articles, he is the author of several books, and most recently, a contrib- uting author to the training manual, Police Sniper Training and Operations. He is the creator of Tactical Vision, an observation skills course for police officers and tactical personnel. Derrick is also the President of the American Sniper Association, and serves on the advisory boards of several other tactical organizations.

Roy Bethge is veteran police leader with more than 25 years of experience. He currently serves as Deputy Chief of Operations for the Buffalo Grove Police Department in Northern Illinois. His responsibilities include leadership of the patrol and criminal investigations divisions. He holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and has an extensive background as a trainer in the subject areas of leadership development, use of force, and adult learning. He is a subject matter expert for Louisiana State University’s National Center for Biomedical Research and Training, a course development consultant for Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety and private consultant. Mr. Bethge presents nationally on the topics of Leadership, Instructor Development and Organizational Change.
Tzviel “BK” Blankchtein
Tzviel ‘BK’ Blankchtein served in the Israeli Defense Forces as an infantry reconnaissance team member from 1993 to 1997. He was honorably discharged upon completion of mandatory service as a sergeant first class. BK’s exper- tise includes firearms, tactical operations, hand-to-hand combat, amphibious assaults, operational security in hostile areas, intelligence and counter-intelligence operations. BK is often used as a consultant in designing training pro- grams for military and law enforcement agencies. BK holds a Bachelor's Degree in counterterrorism from the University of Maryland, and a Masters Degree in Security Management from American Military university.
San Diego PD (Ret.)
Darby Darrow retired after 23 years of service for the San Diego Police Department. During that time he worked pa- trol, the Border Crime Intervention Unit, Gang Suppression, Academy Instructor, and 20 years on SWAT, 16 of which were at the elite full time Special Response Team. Darby has taught firearms, tactics, rappelling, defense tac- tics and lock picking. Darby has a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of California, at San Diego. Darby has a fourth degree black belt in Ed Parker's Kenpo Karate and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Wes is an internationally recognized firearms, tactics, and use of force instructor with over 20 years of military & civil- ian, and criminal justice experience, as well as significant operational time with both military & law enforcement tacti- cal operations & protective service organizations. Wes holds specialized instructor certifications from the U.S. Army, the U.S. Marine Corps, Arizona POST, the Smith & Wesson Academy, the Sigarms Academy, the NRA LEAD, FE- MA and the Department of State. Wes has studied adult education & human performance extensively and has a broad background in the martial arts, with over 25 years of training, teaching, full contact fighting experience. Wes is the Founder, President, & General Operating Manager of Khyber Interactive Associates, LLC and the 1 inch to 100 yards Warrior Conference LLC. Wes holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration and an upper level Doctorate in Psychology, with an emphasis on sports and performance psychology.
Dean is currently employed by the Los Angeles Police Department (25 Years) and assigned as a Field Supervisor and Primary Instructor for the Department's Special Investigation Section SIS (16 years). And has attended several courses such as LAPD, Handgun Instructor School (HITS), LAPD, Shotgun Instructor School (SITS), LAPD, Rifle Instructor School (RITS). Dean has also spent time at the LAPD Police Academy as a Firearms Instructor and Rangemaster. Dean also teaches various topics such as Vehicle Blocking Techniques, Surveillance, Handgun, Ri- fle, Shotgun Manipulations and Deployment, Marksmanship, Back-Up/Secondary Firearms, Uniform and Concealed Carry, Malfunction Clearance, Weapons System Transitions, Position Shooting, Tactical Deployment, Care/ Cleaning, and MACTAC
Nick has been a police officer with the East Chicago (IN) Police Department for over eighteen (18) years. He has served in a myriad of capacities for his department, as well as working as an outside contractor for an international entity. In 2012, Nick established his own training company, Rooster Combatives. Nick is the Immediate Past President of the Indiana SWAT Officers Association

John is a police officer with the Orland Hills Police Dept. (IL.) and has over 24 years of experience in Law Enforce- ment. He has previously served as a patrol officer, FTO and firearms instructor with Chicago PD. He is a recipient of the Award of Valor, Silver Star for Bravery, Distinguished Service Award and numerous department commendations and awards for his actions in the line of duty, including the 1998 and 2005 Police Officer of the Year Award. John is founder and CEO of Spartan Tactical Training Group, LLC and serves as a Board Member with the Indiana SWAT Officers Association (ISOA). He has also presented as a guest instructor with the following organizations; ASLET, GTOA, IALEFI, ILEETA, ISOA, MidTOA, MTOA, NTOA and TTPOA training conferences.

Daniel Licardo is a former US Navy Special Operations (SEAL) member with over 16+ years of experience including combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He was formally a member of Naval Warfare Development Group (SEAL Team 6), where he specialized in Red Team operations and facility vulnerability exercises. As a SEAL, he executed numerous highly sensitive, classified missions that operated in South America, Europe, and Middle Eastern theaters while conducting high-risk, counter narcotic missions and internal foreign defense missions.

Chuck is a Retired Law Enforcement Officer holding positions as a Patrol Officer, Training Officer, SWAT Operator, Swat Team Leader, Patrol and Investigations Supervisor, Deputy Chief and Chief of Police. He is a graduate of many Specialized Schools and holds numerous GA POST Specialized Instructor Certifications such as Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Speed Detection, Field Training Officer and Emergency Vehicle Operations. He is a former USMC combat veteran having held billets as a Scout/Sniper, Drill Instructor and Division Schools Instructor. Chuck is a Master Instructor employed by Safariland since 2008, serving as Training Programs Manager and Senior Technical Specialist. He has been teaching Less Lethal Programs for over 20 years.

Jonas Polson served with the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) 75th Ranger Regiment as a Rifleman, SAW Gunner, Rifle Team Leader and Squad Leader. He graduated from the John F. Kennedy Spe- cial Warfare Training Center and was assigned to 10th Special Forces Group where he served as Operations Ser- geant, Regimental S-3 Assistant and Cell Leader in the Commander’s Crisis Response Force. There he constructed and implemented advanced shooting programs that further enhanced his Troop’s shooting capabilities.

Sgt Major (ret) Mark Spicer is a 25-year veteran of the British Army with a worldwide reputation in the sphere of Snip- ing and Counter terrorism, which led to his selection and use as the US Governments Expert witness in the Wash- ington DC Sniper trials. Mark has served worldwide with the British and UN forces on real world deployments, and has vast experience of counter terrorist operations and terrorist methods of operation. Working within both covert and overt units, he has gained a vast experience of covert surveillance operations, often working at very close proximity to known terrorists without their knowledge. Mark is also the author of 3 successful books on the subject of sniping, co-authored another and continues to work on additional published articles and books and is a regular on the History Channel and Military Channel on specialist subjects.
