Instructors : Christopher George
State Prosecutor Christopher George began his legal career in the United States Navy, where he served as a prosecutor at courts-martial, officer-in-charge at the Detainee Legal Operations Center in Baghdad, Iraq, and as the Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service in Norfolk, Virginia. Chris worked as an assistant general counsel for the Postal Service Inspector General, and as an assistant district attorney for the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit. Since 2021, Chris has served as PAC's welfare fraud program coordinator, conflict coordinator, and as a frequent trainer for law enforcement audiences, including the Georgia State Patrol Academy and fire investigator training program.
The class will provide a case law review of relevant legal topics for tactical officers, including warrant service, search warrants, surveillance, search and seizure, and use of force.
