Instructors: Jason Woodruff & Ian Ross
Jason Woodruff: With over 28 years in law enforcement and 22 years on SWAT, Jason's experience includes numerous real-world operations, thousands of documented training hours, and instructor certifications across multiple SWAT disciplines.
Ian Ross: Combining fifteen years as a machinist and gunsmith with more than 20 years of firearms experience, Ian coaches form, function, theory, and execution - helping students integrate those elements to strengthen the rifle/shooter connection and expand their capabilities.
Class description
A workshop designed to advance the student's proficiency with a scoped precision rifle. This course builds the technical skill and control necessary to deliver rapid and highly precise shots on demand, under time, and bridge the gap between traditional precision rifle concepts and the realities faced in the field.
Class requirements
Precision Scoped Rifle capable of 1 MOA (min Cal .223), Rifle Scope with external elevation and windage adjustments (minimum 10x magnification/ranging reticle preferred), Sling, Bipod, small rear bag. 200 rounds duty ammo, kit you deploy with, tripod if you have one, weather appropriate clothing, ear protection, rifle cleaning gear, rifle/optic tools, smart phone/ballistic solver, APR/Gas Mask (if issued), binoculars, and note taking material.
