Erik Eltz served for over 20 years with the City of Newburgh Police Department (NY). Erik held leadership positions on the SWAT Team, Anti Crime Unit and Firearms Training Unit. Training is his true passion and looks forward to being surrounded by like minded professionals.

Class Description

The intent of the class is to provide a blue print to practical dryfire practice for law enforcement professionals. Many Instructors when asked by end users what they can do to get better is met with the answer of dry fire. This course enables Instructors to provide specific structure to dry fire where meaningful change can occur.
