In Arlington Heights, Illinois, a man had been stalking his ex-girlfriend and took her hostage.. The first responding police officer was shot in the neck by the hostage taker and went down inside the home. As the gunman barricaded himself in the basement with the hostage, police began negotiations.
This incident debrief brings in first hand perspectives, while offering insight and training tips for officers who may find themselves negotiating a similar situation.

This interactive seminar provides police officers with exposure to a variety of negotiation resources from both the police and business negotiations fields. Teams will be challenged to consider their preparation for the future of police negotiations.

1:00 pm 2:00 pm- Presentation, Presenting to command staff what negotiations does for a department and how non-le can be added to your team.
2:15 pm to 3:45 pm - Presentation how to train your team and keep them trained.

Patrol Rifle Optics Course

The use of optics for the patrol / SWAT officer using a semi auto long gun.
